Alva Noto a.k.a. carsten nicolai will be in Oeiras together with most of the raster-noton's artists playing live, including Byetone,Frank Bretschneider, SND, Signal, Atom™, COH, Pixel, Pomassl, Kangding Ray, Nibo and Senking. Fennesz and Vladislav Delay will join the team for the Loopita room schedule.
