Even if they have to be complemented by some electronics. From Vienna, we have recently discovered an amazing low frequency orchestra. And noticed that people from Raster-Noton will be in Lisbon for the OFFF festival. That will be in May. For the next weekend John Zorn will perform in Porto and Portalegre. Carmen Miranda

Carmen Miranda was born 100 years ago.  She was a portuguese-born brazilian samba singer, precursor of Brazil's tropicalismo. Also a Broadway star, Carmen Miranda was by some accounts the highest-earning woman in the USA. The next piece is one of the most beautiful songs written by John Cale, published in 1989 on his masterpiece Words for the Dying.
